Do I need to change my ATS or careers page?

No. You change one link — the one behind your Apply button. On Scale and Enterprise, Bili can also send candidates into your ATS.

Is it fair to candidates? Is it legal?

Bili ranks. A person on your team decides. No candidate is rejected by AI alone. Every score shows the answer behind it, and everything is logged. Built to Title VII, ADA and EEOC guidelines.

What languages does Bili speak?

English and Spanish, with regional accents. Other languages on request.

Can I try it on one role first?

Yes. Most teams start with one role, see the shortlist, then turn Bili on for the rest.

What happens after I sign up?

You add a card (nothing is charged yet) and pick a time for a 30-minute onboarding call. You get your admin login by email. On the call we set up your first role together.
